Using Okapi

These Terms govern the Okapi websites, hosted service, and related software and support provided by Justas Raudonius, operating Okapi as an individual business activity in Lithuania. “Okapi”, “we”, and “us” refer to Justas Raudonius.

By accessing or using Okapi, you agree to these Terms. If you use Okapi for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for that organization.

Okapi provides Sentry-compatible error tracking, logs, releases, alerts, and agent tooling. Features may evolve, but changes do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details and access tokens, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it resulted from our failure to protect the service.

You are responsible for configuring projects, retention, integrations, and access permissions and for ensuring that you may lawfully send the data you choose to process with Okapi.

Acceptable use

Do not use Okapi to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, send abusive traffic, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, evade plan limits, or materially harm other users. Security research requires prior written authorization unless a published disclosure policy says otherwise.

We may limit abusive traffic or suspend affected access when reasonably necessary to protect Okapi, other customers, or the public.

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase. Paddle acts as merchant of record for payments made through Paddle checkout and provides the buyer’s payment receipt. Subscriptions renew until canceled.

Cancellation stops a future renewal and does not by itself refund an earlier charge. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Self-hosted licenses

A self-host purchase licenses one Okapi instance for the seats and update coverage shown at checkout. The License (EULA) governs use of the self-hosted software.

When paid update coverage ends, you may keep running the last version covered by your license. Newer versions may require renewed coverage. Ending coverage does not authorize redistribution or remove the license restrictions.

Termination

You may stop using Okapi at any time and may cancel a subscription before its next renewal. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, non-payment, or a serious security risk, normally after reasonable notice when the situation permits.

Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, warranty exclusions, and liability limits, continue to apply.

Disclaimers

Okapi is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every event will be captured, or that Okapi replaces your own backups, security controls, or incident response.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability arising from Okapi is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to fraud, deliberate misconduct, liability that cannot legally be limited, or mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Courts in Lithuania have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law allows you to bring a claim in another competent court or gives you protections from your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms as Okapi or applicable law changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice for material changes when reasonably required. Continued use after an effective change means acceptance of the updated Terms.
